1. Are your products safe for small children?

   We offer a variety of products that cater for children of all ages. Kindly follow the enclosed product operation labels        and enjoy.

2. Is there warranty for your products?

   Our products come with a 1 week warranty but the product has to come with its original packaging. Each claim will        be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. I changed my mind for the order, can I get a refund?

   We are sorry; once the goods are shipped out, they are non-refundable. 

4. I changed my mind for the order; can I change my order?

   Yes, you may change your products as long as the order has not been shipped out. However, you will have to pay for       the price difference.

5. What is inside the package?

    Rest assured, your orders are processed as accurately as possible. However, if you are missing items from your               order, feel free to raise the issue to our WhatsApp and we shall resolve it within 7 working days.

6. Why is the packaging different from the photos?

    We source our product all over the globe, hence the exterior may be different but fret not, the insides work the             same. It’s what’s inside that is important right?

7. What if the product I ordered arrives damaged?

    Don’t worry, keep the original package and shipping label, send us a photo and report and we will send you a new         working product. Subject to a case-by-case basis evaluation.

8. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    We try to ship out every order within 7 working days. However, delivery dates may vary as it is dependent on our           delivery partners.

9. We are from Sabah and Sarawak, can we buy your products?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to sell to friends in East Malaysia at this point in time. However, do keep an eye out          for us as we expand into East Malaysia.
